In this session on sound  we will have part workshop and part interactive presentation. We will be exploring different layers of consciousness in relation to the Aum mantra, We will  discuss the benefits of using different Aum mantras such as Lam , Tam etc. The next phase of my presentation will include using humming as a self healing modality by employing different pitches such as high, medium and low frequencies. The layers of consciousness we will be exploring and peeling back to expose the zero dimension and zero state of mind to manifest something out of nothing. 

About Omar Faizi

Omar is a founder and host of a WatchersTalk podcast created in 2015, he has had discussions with some of the leading researchers in the fields of Archaeology, Ancient History, Exo-politics, UFOlogy, Alien abductions, OBE and consciousness to name a few. He is an independent researcher who also collaborates with other like minded people in various projects related to the accurate accounts of human history.
